Betty has some areas of frontal weaknesses as well as frontal strengths.  She has issues with impolitic speech and impulsivity, saying she marches to a different drummer.  Possibly because of her extended years of working post-injury, she does better in terms of independence and maturity than many with comparable injuries.  She also credits her parents with demanding as much of her post-injury as before for this part of her recovery.
